We ship freshly roasted specialty coffee and care deeply about quality and sustainability. For this reason, we kindly ask you to order thoughtfully and contact us before placing an order if you have any questions about roast profile, taste or brewing recommendations. You may cancel or withdrawal your order within 14 days of delivery, provided the coffee is unopened and the original seal is intact. Return shipping costs are borne by the customer. Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will refund the purchase price using the original payment method. If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us - we’ll gladly make it right.
